Air Mauritius: Losses amount to one million euro

Air Mauritius has incurred losses of about one million euro after four of its aircraft were blocked on the tarmac due to the unavailability of eleven pilots on Thursday. This includes the payment of several fees at the local level and at the four airports that the airline was to serve.

The company has invited the pilots to the negotiating table. The three pilots who have been laid off plan to claim damages from Air Mauritius for unfair dismissal.
