Mission

1. To defend, safeguard and protect the rights of its members.

2. To struggle for sustainable consumption.

3. To struggle for the improvement of the quality of life and the environment.

4. To work for the implementation of the United Nations Guidelines on Consumer Protection.

5. To set up, watch, promote, assist, sponsor and co-ordinate activities and initiate actions in organisations where consumers have an interest.

6. To cooperate and affiliate with national and international organisations having similar objects.
