The communiqué released by the Ministry of Health and Wellness, this afternoon, detail that 322 patients have been successfully treated from the Covid-19 disease, and have already left their respective treatment centres.  Over the 22 consecutive days, no new Covid-19 case has been recorded in Mauritius, and there are also no current active cases.

The updates are:

·         The number of positive cases is 332

·         The death toll remains at ten

·         As at now, a total of 25 359 PCR tests has been carried

·         A total of 64 455 Rapid Antigen Tests has been conducted

·         To date, the overall summation of tests effected stands at 89 814 ·         The number of passengers under observation in quarantine is 149. 

Selon les chiffres du ministère de la Santé, 25 626 tests PCR ont été effectués alors que le nombre de tests pour les antigènes rapides est de 67 138.

Au total, 92 764 tests ont été effectués à ce jour.

L’objectif gouvernemental qui est de tester le plus rapidement possible 10 % de la population, soit 130 000 Mauriciens, sera atteint d’ici une dizaine de jours.
